The BHSA database was born to gradually gather informations and statistical data regarding -possibly- all the players who played at least one official match wearing the Hockey Club Bolzano jersey. It's clearly a very difficult task, considering the long team history and the great difficulties everyone experiences when searching for italian championship stats. Therefore the BHSA is permanently work-in-progress and may contain errors and/or omissions.

There are many different information sources we like to thank, first of all the two major ice hockey online databases, The Internet Hockey Database (IHDB) and the European Hockey Player Server (EHPS).
Unfortunately we want to have an in-depth and (possibly) error-free approach to the stats, which is incompatible with the size of the two above mentioned projects, so we were forced to develop a brand new db, entirely independent from any other; a consistent part of the BHSA data comes from "alternative" sources like other sites, books, newspapers, memory (...) etc. etc.. A special thank goes to Wicked Nose: his love for the game was of great help, and to Malaman, who shared his huge data archive:-)

There are currently two ways to browse the BHSA: PLAYER SEARCH and SEASON SEARCH. The first form lets you search the db for specific players by name, nationality, position and NHL draft; the second one offers an overview of all HC Bolzano seasons from 1948 to present.

NEW: Starting with 2002, the BHSA features a new section dedicated to the in-line hockey team Ghosts Padova. You can browse their stats accessing the BHSA through their site.
